The Championship Round of the 20th Annual Boeing Classic tees off Sunday at The Club at Snoqualmie Ridge. Gates open to the public at 8:00 a.m. with the first tee time at 8:50 a.m. The last tee time is at 11:02 a.m. Tickets for the Championship Round start at just $20.

Championship Sunday is Military Appreciation Day presented by Boeing at the Boeing Classic. Highlights include free admission & parking for active, retired and Reserve military, first tee player announcements made by military personnel, and Old Glory serving as the pin flag on the 18th Green.

Additionally, the Boeing Classic is excited to incorporate Folds of Honor into Championship Sunday and Military Appreciation Day. Folds of Honor is a nonprofit organization that will provide thirteen (13) educational scholarships on behalf of the Boeing Classic to the spouses and children of US military service members and first responders who have fallen or been disabled while serving our country and communities.

This program is an inspiring experience for fans, players, sponsors and volunteers to engage on-site at the Boeing Classic through a shared connection and appreciation of U.S. service members and first responders who guard the freedoms of those domestic and abroad. It’s an opportunity to come together as one with a greater purpose. Fans in attendance will be encouraged to wear red, white and blue as an outward display of unity and an inward commitment to meeting sacrifice with hope for America’s fallen or disabled military and first responders.

Stewart Cink (-12, 68-64=132) is the leader after the second round of the Boeing Classic. He shot a -8, 64 today to hold a three-stroke lead into Sunday’s final round. Cink, who was bogey-free on the day, is competing at The Club at Snoqualmie Ridge for the first time.

At -9, 135, and tied for second place are Steven Alker and Paul Goydos. Tied for fourth place at -8, 136 are 2017 champion Jerry Kelly, Steve Allan and Matt Gogel.

The second-round leader has gone on to win the Boeing Classic ten times in the previous 19 tournaments, but just twice in the previous six years.

The largest come-from-behind win is seven strokes, set in 2019 by Brandt Jobe and matched last year by Stephen Ames.

About the Boeing Classic

The Boeing Classic, a PGA TOUR Champions event, was co-founded in 2005 by the Seattle Seahawks and Virginia Mason Franciscan Health (VMFH). The two organizations helped bring the golf event – originally named the Boeing Greater Seattle Classic – to the Pacific Northwest. Boeing has been the title sponsor since the tournament’s inception, which continues to be one of the longest-running title sponsorships on the PGA TOUR Champions circuit. It has been contested at The Club at Snoqualmie Ridge each year. The tournament is operated by Virginia Mason Franciscan Health and benefits the Benaroya Research Institute and The First Tee of Greater Seattle.
